Now.. why on earth is NY the most expensive fuel in the country. I just paid 3.39 for regular. Its really hurting.

I know I know I am sure some people in canada are paying more, or overseas.. but when my college buddy calls me from another state and is paying over 70 cents less per gallon? Thats a hell of a difference.

Fuel price went up when price per barrel went up. Barrel went down to less than 90 bucks a barrel.. fuel is still priced the same as it was when it was over 100 dollars a barrel.

I am so sick and tired of NY. There are rumors my job may leave the state and be moved to Indiana. One can only hope. Between school/property tax (just looked at a 80k house, taxes were 6,400 a year), fuel prices, and so on.. they make it pretty hard to be happy living here.

Sorry.. I know gas prices rants get old.

I just emailed the governor and am going to do my best to get it in the papers that we are now the top of the country.. it seems to never make the papers here. People need to complain.

State senate is in charge of the taxes and such for fuel.. guess who is on that team. Hilary Clinton.

I better just go to bed since I am mr. cranky and broke.

I hate living here in NY. I don't understand why I can drive to any state that borders NY and gas suddenly drops 40 cents per gallon. It's ridculous. Its all state taxes and such.

If our gas prices go up now, I'm blaming you and your letter!

Haha...seriously though...it is kinda bogus that you're paying that much more.

That map isn't even accurate. It only goes down to $2.81; I saw $2.74 today here...

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

Matt,

I paid $3.049 yesterday at a Mobil, and I live about 70 miles from you. Almost worth the trip down here to fill up....LOl
