Way too much gap on stop and CLEAN THOSE SHEAVES!!! Then give entire clutch a good cleaning with clutch cleaner,I use POWER MADD belt and clutch cleaner, then groove up the sheaves,150-220 grit emery cloth in straight motions giveing them a XXXX mesh apperance,A polished look is BAD!!! you need something to grip the belt, Useing a steel wool can give a little too polished sheave and cause slipping, stick to a 150-220 emery cloth . then clean new belt before installing, then check deflection,( belt break in ) then run new belt on stand for about 5-10 burps of moderately high RPM's.
( reverse the cleaning of clutches and grooveing them, groove then clean.)

Your belt is slipping at higher speeds, gear down a bit, like go down one tooth on the top gear in your chaincase. Add a couple grams heavier weights. Cool your sled down once in awhile while riding in deep powder otherwise you'll overheat your clutches and belt and they won't last long.
