What the heck am I doing wrong? I turn turn turn and it will not come out. I can tighten it, but I cannot remove it. Even if I yank out on it.

boy, I wonder if they had a sleeve on them like polaris and the sleeve is froze? no becaue why can you turn the bolt then?
what if you took your cover bolts off? and let the spring of the cover push against it while you turn?
or maybe that will give you something to pry on. if the cover even holds against the bolt?

is that clutch still on a motor?

Same thing happened on my brothers 99ZR. I took a needle-nose vice grips and locked it on the head VERY tight! Slowly twist and pull out at the same time. Keep trying, it took me a few attempts but I got it out!

Got it. Needle nose vice grips did the trick, just grabed and yanked. Got the clutch off too.. time to sell that now.

Thanks :)
