Okay, so heres the story, my dad's sled blew a bogie wheel the other night, so we went and got a new bogie wheel for it, and slapped it on, didn't change anything on the track tensioner bolt. So today, we decide to go out for a ride and bust some drifts before we hit the trails. My dad decided to go up this hill, with a little powder. He got half way up the hill, and got stuck, so he turned the sled around, and went to drive it back down the hill, and it wouldn't move.. His belt was gauged pretty damn good, so i rode back to the house, grabbed a belt and headed back to his sled, we pulled the different belt on, and still no go. So now we are confused, thank god Mike (PolarisPimpman500) was out riding with us, and he had a **** load of tools wwith him. So we thought that maybe a bolt had backed off in the chaincase, so we took the case apart to find everything was okay. Put it back together, and filled it with Chain case oil, fired it up, and it wouldn't spin freely. My dad got a bit angry, so he feathered the throttle until the track spun, but alls we could hear was a scraping/scratching/grinding noise. And it took all the centre lugs right clean off the track, the more the track spun, the more lugs ripped off the track. So now, it's a no brainer, that something has to be caught in the front exchanger, causing it to rip lugs off his brand new freaking track. So we put the heaters on out in the shop, and got all the snow off/out of the suspension, and it's still doing it, so i'm thinking we need to drop the rear suspension out of the sled and look around, and see if anything is caught up. What else could be causing it to do this? I feal bad for my dad because he loves to go out riding with us, but today it just wasn't happening for him. Any help is GREATY appreciated.

Before I continue, if I don't keep this sled for the whole season, I promise to never sign on to Snowmobile Fanatics again.
