Well as most of you know before the big thaw we had i bent my tunnel and i have a over heating problem with my 93 xlt, I bent my tunnel back out and now i need to make some tunnel suports and new drop brackets for my sled so this will not happen again. idea's? I have never ever made suports yet so im lacking brain cells on this, i was thinking of kinda doing ladder style suports going down each side of the tunnel and connecting braces for the top of the tunnel,

Problem 2: Over heating yes it keeps on over heating, i took my sled for a litle rip today and it when it over heated i shut it off, opened the hood and lifted the tap on my rad cap and air started to shoot out of my coolant bottle lid (litle pin sized hole on top of the lid) Also it looked like when air was shooting out the bottle was filling up with coolant was this all of the coolant coming from my lines?
also on the coolant holding bottle when you open the lid there is a red cap there, well mine dousnt have one would this have somthing to do it? I replaced the gasket that sits on top on the head because it was shot, didnt do much, i will upload pictures later tonight thanks for all the help

it is normal to have coolant filling up the reservior when the rad cap is opened. as for the over heating problem i assume it just started after you messed up your tunnel? i would start there.
