But I guess this doesn't really apply to everyone just yet, only those who suffer from chronic pain.

Crazy.
I see where they were going with it. Easy accessibility for those who can use it. Yet at the same time, it seems like an easy target for mugging. Somebody walks in, buys there stuff, leaves. Guy follows person with marijuana and mugs the person. Maybe that's my own opinion though. I could also see people trying to break into the machine itself, but it seems they've taken some precautions against that...

The only reason pot is illegal is because the government cant tax it as easy as alcohol. Anyone can grow pot, it isnt rocket science. But it is a little harder to brew your own beer. IMO a drunk person is worse than a high person. Drunk people are loud, obnoxious, sometimes stupid(not all drunks tho). A high person is usually(not always) laid back and mellow. Just me 2 cents...

I can see that thing being hooked up to a truck with a chain attached to it.And being dragged down the street. But that would be alright. And its hard as hell to brew your own beer to get it tasting right.

I would have to agree with srx_600. You are totally right, and I don't even smoke pot, i'm usually the drunk one. But I would much rather hang out with people who are high than people who are hammered and just wanna fight. When is the last time you seen two guys "high" fighting?? lol lol it would never happen!

I was thinkin the same thing.
Personaly, I think they should keep it illegal. But, I think it should only be a big fine, not jail time. Almost everyone likes to get high, but, there are many things that can happen. Like, reaction time slows down. How would that be when your driving. Slip on some ice in your car, and you just sit there like, wtfs happening.

Hard to brew your own beer? Not even close. Ive made homebrew a few times and it always turned out amazing. Made close to 18 dozen for about $20. Tested it and it was a little over 9% alcohol. The key is to let it sit. I let my brew sit in a barrel for a week, then in the bottle for another week. Tried one brew with a couple apples thrown in and it added a nice taste. Much easier than growing pot, not that Ive tried.

I spose that little idea will be making it's way to Amsterdam pretty quick...then again maybe it's already there.
I can't imagine mugging would be that big of a problem...at least not with people that know their weed. For those that do know, feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but an 1/8th of an oz wouldn't get a person far. Not worth mugging someone for anyways.

I dont see pot as a drug, its a plant. drugs are things like meth and all this junk with all kinds of extras in them like harsh chemicals and such. also, dope is way safer than alcohol, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY TO OVERDOSE "on" weed. people who are baked arent violent, we know what were doing, and we shouldent be discriminated for enjoying one of mother natures best plants and living a painfree, and relatively stress free life.
