There is a fellow over on Hardcoresledder who makes kits to fit various sleds, you can go to the following thread and cruise down, his nick is PatrioticInnovations, you can see one of his creations in his icon.
http://www.hardcoresledder.com/forums/in...pic=298223

I emailed him about his sled and he told me he makes an axle that slips through the rear idlers and is long enough you can mount wheels on the ends, you don't even have to remove your track. The set-up is low enough you have good control, but keeps everything off the ground so you can even run your studs, they never hit the pavement! He can make spindles for trailing arm sleds, but told me they work much better with the A-arm front suspensions.

The sled in his icon is an XCR-600 that has been heavily massaged. He told me it runs fine with the extra radiator in front.

You can piddle with the puppies, or run with the wolves...
