For the second time in under 500 miles I limped home yesterday with no front suspension.
There may has well have been a couple 2x4's holding up the front end of this machine.

The Dragon package was to come with upgraded shocks, that's why all those of us with 08 Dragon's ponied up more dough.

Has anyone else had constant issues with these shocks?

Don't get me wrong, when they work, they work awesome....till they wont hold you up anymore, then your bounding along like your on a 1976 Polaris Electra..... blown ski shocks to boot.

There was a guy on our ride yesterday that had a F7 joker edition that had Fox Floats, and he's had no issues with them.

Seat time on these things is so precious, you don't want anything to ruin your day out in the snow and -32 C.

I rode with Wallygator yesterday and he had no issues with his Air2.0's. He did pump up the air pressure in them once, back up to 80 PSI (I think it was). He said they do leak slow. Did yours blow out fast or just leak slowly?

Typical first year problems. New shocks, new problems. The fox floats have the same slow leak issues. You have to constantly check the pressure and adjust for altitude and air temperature.

They leaked fairly quickly.
Within a 2 - 3 miles they had lost all rebound.

I'd much rather have a spring shock that have to lug along a
pump and keep pumping them up with air rather than
nitrogen.

I agree with new shocks, new problems logic.
The last 10 miles home yesterday I was wishing for my 500 XC
with it's old reliable coil-overs.

See, this is what I'm talking about. People thought I was nut's when I said "where's the pump". At least the Floats have a pump and you don't have to special order some dumb schraeder valve or whatever it is. I'd take a set of coil overs in a heartbeat. Another thing 500fasEnuf, if you had some decent shocks in front, how would you rate your Switchy, does the 600 have enough grunt for ya ?

Another thing I should mention. I spoke to a Polaris rep a few weeks back and he said that he's not a fan of the Air 2.0's either. The problem with having a nitrogen pump is that you may intoduce moisture to the system if your not in a controlled envronment such as a work shop. He went on to say that this is not really a good thing.
