So glad this story had a good ending Matt I was worried at first. That's pretty classy how they helped you at that shop and did not take advantage of your situation.

Taste like gummy worms and sweet tarts. I have a strong dislike for the monster rage and stuff.. so I had dan take that picture as a joke I drank a pot of coffee from my thermos and ran out

Trailering? Yeah.. we have to. Our trails down here are still closed.. no snow this winter. So if we want to ride the only way is to rack up miles on the trailers.
If you ment snowmobiling on plowed roads that was a must for a few miles. A few trails connected with eachother via plowed car roads (that its legal to ride a sled down), I am glad my track went there.

Excellent pictures and great details! glad you are finally riding and 100+ miles as well! hey did you almost bought the "Ice Ripper XT" instead of shotgun? Ice Ripper XT are 1.25" lugs and its kinda of like car tires studded, basically studs are molded into the lugs of the track!

Matt,

I had just as aggravating of a morning. Trailer an hour north, into a light snowstorm. After 15 minutes on the trail, I realized my electric heated shield was not working. We passed a snowmobile shop, and I had to get out my wallet and blow a huge $5.95, no NH tax... on a new cord.....After that, the day was great. Hope that is the extent of your repairs for a long time. Glad you continued your day, and had a great ride.

Good report, Matt.

I'm wondering what the cop said when you got out of the vehicle and walked to the middle of the road to take a photo of the situation.

Matt asked very nicely if he could get out and take a picture to document the adventure (with an evil look in his eye). The trooper lauged and said sure, just don't get me in the picture. I knew no good would come from that picture. Everybody at work today was shocked since most of them think I drive like an old lady. If only the trooper had said no. . .

I bought what he had. I didn't have a choice. I was happy to see that he did have the shotgun actually because I have read about it before and people being happy with it. I will never run studs of any kind every again. Built into the track or not.

Really funny haha. What I didn't include in the report was that my damn cord broke for my heated shield. The male end of the coiled up section took a crap. I can't find it for 6$ PM me
