I have a ZRT and was wondering what the spark plug wiring is (the order). It doesnt idle at all unless I give it a little gas then it will. It reves up to 5k rpms and the clutch engages. It then hesitates and stays at 5.5k for a few seconds until it hits 6-6.5k then it takes off and only hits 7k rpms max. I need help for possible problems.

I don't think it really matters. The length and routing of the wires should show you where they go. The diagram shows the coil with one plug wire goes to #3. The coil with two plug wires coming out: wire on CDI side goes to #1 and the jumper wire to the other coil side is #2.

Sounds like you have choke issues. Make sure you have them adjusted right.

Hope that helps ya bud!

After cleaning the carbs once(before my last post), i ran it for a while and one cylender cut out. Took them apart again and i found more junk in there than before. I'm cleaning them again and going to run it and see what happens. This sled had been sitting for a while when I got it so I expected this. Any tips on the adjustments for the carbs? It has everything stock but for the silencer (its 3 straight cylenders onto the pipes).

^ There are 1-2 how twos on her for cleaning your mikuni rounds. Check the article section and the how-to section.

Make SURE your chokes are adjusted right. You have to have 1/16 ish of play in the lever at LEAST. If you don't, they are not seating and thats why it will not idle.

Check that stuff and report back
