^ Serves you right for all of those ice chunks that kept hitting me. Fricken' Studs.

Didn't think it was that hard of it hit, otherwise I would have done more then an quick scan for damage.

LMAO...I noticed during the course of the day that whoever was behind me was either off to the side, or WAAAY behind me. Apparently I need to find a longer snowflap and/or get rid of the studs. I remember a couple landings that were a little tail heavy, I'm guessing that's what did my bumper in. It'll be a quick fix, or should be anyway. We all made it through the day at least!

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

^ Well at least all the negative attention is aimed towards you.

I figured I'd be the A-hole of the group since I didn't have a snowflap...Thanks for diverting the attention away from me.

^ Yup, no problem. I figured you'd be having other problems, so I purposely left the studs in it to make me appear the bad guy. Yup, sure, uh-hu. After I peppered a couple people with ice/snow, I figured it'd be a long day for people behind me. Oh well...first ride of the year...what do you expect. I thoroughly enjoyed the sled, apparently others didn't though. Haha.

When did you guys finally come back, after we left or what?

By the way. I should mention. After driving that 08 Summit 800. I went back to the girls place and rode a 06 IQ 440 and played around on her bro's little sno-cross track behind their house which was pretty sweet . That was a awesome day of snowmobiling thats for sure! I don't know about you guys but I was beat by the time I got home. It was 8:30 and it felt like it was midnight. I fell asleep just as soon as I hit the couch.

ArcticCat1 is devastated now that he can't ride sled anymore. He cut his hand open to the bone and had to have 7 stiches last night at about 9. He will be out for 10 days. Good thing it happened now and not last week! Yeh, It sucks for him.

We headed back to load up just as it was getting dark. Loaded up, fueled up the pickups, and hit the road. It was a LONG 160 mile drive back. In all seriousness, I could barely walk yesterday I was so sore. Little better today...

Sno-X track!? Man, you're killin' me! I was looking for some air...

Really blows about his hand. How'd he cut it open?

I was pretty beat after lunch. I was getting some pretty bad arm pump when we were playing around in that hole.

Got home about 10 and had to stay up to watch this "great movie" the GF had seen, which was god awful btw.

I didn't move to much monday and I skipped my 8am welding class on tuesday morning cause I still didn't feel like moving.

That nice little wipeout I had in the field was pretty hard on my neck and back.

Sorry to hear about arcticcat1, at least it hasn't been nice these last couple of days. Although last I heard this weekend was suppose to be decent.

He also had a pretty decent jump across his approach. I'm sure we could of jumped a pick-up or something even higher easily. But, then the sheriff came around the corner just as soon as I hit it the 3rd time and told us to stop hitting it because it dangerous. Then he left back into Devils Lake "I Think and was Hoping" So, we kept on hitting it. No pictures of that saddly. Maybe next time.

AC1 was running out to the shop and slipped on a piece of ice and tryed catching himself on a cement slab instead of catching himself directly on the slab he caught the corner. So, We went to the hospital to get it all stiched up.

You guys think you'll have another time for a ride before the snow goes away?

I'll be home for Spring Break a week from Friday...I have a full week off in which I'll be home...that leaves 2 weekends that have potential. If there's relatively good snow then, I may be up for making the trip again. I now icy***** is going to Mexico for break, so he's out...not sure about the others. Depends alot on the snow too...

Haha...I hear ya. Feels good to walk without the soreness again. Hard to believe how sore you can be after only one day of riding...

I'm surprised you got this on camera. When I hit the jump it threw me sideways so I was ready to biff it. Luckily, the landing was powder so I was able to ride out of it. haha

By the end of the day I was pretty darn sore, too. I think it took about two days for me to feel "back to normal". I think we should definitely do it again sometime. I'm done with basketball so I will be free most weekends.

I was kinda curious what Bottineau would be like. I read on one of the weather sites that they had 10" or so. Maybe I'll have to give Johnsons a call toward the end of the week. I always enjoy riding up in the hills...
