RX-1 Clutch Weight question - Comet 108 Expert and sled has 212 hp started by BRP-4-LIFE

I want this sled to be out of the hole fast, and im not worried about top end. I do also trail ride this, so not to fast off the line

We got the clutch used from a guy that lives 2 hours away. It came of an SRX.

You should re-phrase that.... you said you wanted out of the hole fast and then you said not to fast off the line. As far as the trail riding goes I have an EPI performance kit on my dragon set up pretty aggresivly and it still is fine for the trails. What parts came with the clutch when you bought it??

212 hp...did I read that right? Comet 108-EXP's are only good up around 150 hp. After that go with the Pro-4.

The stock ones were. Thats why you change the clutch springs and weights.

Anyone else got any answers?

EFP...
It sounds like your trying to kobble a perfectly nice sled into an un-reliable rattle trap. Do you even know if that clutch would be an upgrade from the stock one??
The way you put it earlier about how you wanted it fast of the line yet trail friendly is basically how an rx-1 is outta the box.
It's yer sled but I'd leave well enough alone.
