back off the rear axel adjusters, loosen the rear axel bolt so the axel slides all the way forward then retighten it. support your sled form the back. remove the suspention to tunnel mounting bolts so the suspention is loose in the tunnel and resting in the track. now the wrestling starts. when I remove the suspention from the track I lay my sled on its side to me it seems easyer. some say that leaving it upright and supporting the tunnel works also. getting the suspention out of the track takes some wiggling and it usually helps to have a second person to help. good luck.

I also retract the 2 torsion springs on the side, this will collapse your suspension and give you a little more room. Its especially helpful when putting it back in.

when you put it back use a racht strap to help collaspe the suspension to align the rear bolts. makes life alot easier.

One of the worst things that happens when you try taking out the bolts they spin the solid shaft that connects the two sides on alot of sleds. Loosen one side and then re-tighten it. Then loosen the other side and slightly re-tighten it. This helps free the bolts from the thread locker compound. Sometimes you have to tighten and loosen them a couple times before you can back them out.
