Well this morning i was driving my drunk friends to breakfast because this was my week to be the DD. Anyways i got pulled over for making a left turn where you couldnt. I kno all states are differnt but im just trying to figure out how much money i have to hand over.
Sounds like a standard ticket to me.
Probably around $125.
In Wis. most people take their tickets to traffic court.
Sometimes it helps to save points off your license
(if you have the point system)
and you can buy a little more time to pay it.
Should it be worth missing work for court anyway.
Most places have 3 agencies that distribute tickets.
City, County, and state.
Each one assesses what their guide line price is for
various offenses. each one getting progressively higher
from agency to agency.
As long as there is no criminal offense attatched
you should be able to call your county clerk and
get a fee amount. I would think it should be written
right on the ticket or something to go by on the back
written in the fine print somewhere.
I'm on D.U.I. #4............
Don't panic you'll live to fight another day.
