alright so i just replaced all 4 bearings like 60 miles ago... and i replaced the speedometer key while i was at it... Now the speedometer is not working and the key broke again! any reason why the key keeps breaking? i mean i just put on new brakes like thursday or so and they were kind of rubbing.. and i did tighten the track really tight... could any of those 2 reasons be why it broke again? Thanks,

Quinlan is a little disappointed that he received HMK Highmark 4 boots instead of the Highmark Pros as he had anticipated...

Ususally the keys break do to bad or misaligned bearings. You stated you replaced the bearings, so I would presume they are good. Was there any play in the shaft once everything was in? Perhaps something is wore out elsewhere causing the shaft to move, thus throwing everything out of alignment. Not sure how that'd work, but it's a thought. The tunnel being slightly twisted could also possibly be incorporated here...that would cause some misalignment I would imagine.
Also, why did you have the track really tight? I would imagine the tighter your track, the more tension you will put on the driveshaft. If you have un-needed tension on it, and there is problems with your driveshaft, it could add to your problems.
Just a couple thoughts for you...

You stated you replaced both drive shaft bearings? Were they bearings from Cat with one side sealed and one open? Make sure you didn't pump too much grease into the speedometer key side and push the oil seal out of the backside and also check if there is anything wrapped around the shaft such as a piece of baling twine, weeds, or corn stalks. Also, just because it is new doesn't mean its good, I've known some bearings to come without sufficient lubrication in them and go out very quickly, but you also mentioned the track tightness, and that can play a key roll in bearing life too. Too much will wear out the track, bearings, and sliders incredibly fast. Check for the oil seal first, then take what ever steps necessary to eliminate possible variables that would lead to bearing failure.
