Went up to Isabella to see if there was any snow left. Was very surprised at what we found.
The Yukon trail was in great shape Fri. Started to show dirt on the corners by Sat. afternoon but still good.
I did 215 miles Fri. and Sat. 90% of it was off trail.
The LTV power line is still a blast if you watch out for the rocks.
The wife and me leaving out Fri. afternoon. We played on the power lines and did some logging roads. Stopped to help some idiot on the Heffelfinger road that was stuck with his pickup.
Me playing on the power lines Fri.
Sat., Wallygator, Mrs. Wallygator and 2SEwings joined up with us to do some old time trail riding.
An old shelter in a stand of huge cedar trees on an old grant and aid trail system.
Wallygator, 2SEwings and me on the LTV power lines.
The Yukon trail Sat. afternoon.
The power line does have some challenges at times. We did find a trail around the steep parts though.
Lordy Lordy, look who's 40!! Mrs. Wallygator's 40th was Sat. and she thought that she wasn't getting a party just because she was out of town. NOT!! She took it in good stride though.
Over all the off trail play places still have plenty of snow to play on.
Going up Thurs. for our last ride of the season.

The trails don't have too much more life left to them this year. The sun is melting the snow real fast.
They did groom the Tomahawk from the Knotted pines to the Tresle Fri. nite. Don't know how many more times it will be groomed this year.
There was an accident on the Yukon Sat. about a mile south of the Knotted pines. Some lady went off the trail on a corner and broke a leg pretty bad. From what I've heard though, she is going to be all right. Could've been a lot worse.
If anyone wants to get one more ride in, I would suggest getting out this week. Season is winding down fast.
