well for one, the revs do not have trailing arms. 2. The 03 800s had ring problems its a quick fix. If the 03 has the rings updated and its cheaper than the 04, they are the exact same machine.
except for the beavertail, but you stated it has been removed, if it hasnt been removed thats a bit of a downer for backing up. It looks cool to me but its useless when your stuck and if your trying to back up. Try to get it with the beavertail removed.
