Something that I like about a lot of forum software is the ability to see if I posted in a particular thread. The recently posted in list that's in the profile is great - but what about if someone drudges up a 2-week old thread that you posted in? You may not remember...

The icons to the left of the thread should have some sort of way to show that you posted in it. Maybe a plus sign in it, or a smiley face? I don't know I'm not creative like that - I just think it'd be good to know.

I second that if possible.

In other Forums I use they have the ability to see the initial post by hovering of the Title. I like that alot as it saves loading time especially if the thread turns out to be very different from what you were expecting.

I like both ideas. Snowest has part of the initial post visible when hovering over it. And a few times it would have been nice to see if I already posted in a long interesting topic without looking through pages.

I can certainly add that functionality. I've seen it in action before. We'll see how tomorrow pans out. I should have most of the day to myself...finally finished a dreaded paper.
