me a 2 friends are trying to get the skid in this thing but cant get the track around it with out haveing the cross shaft UNDER the drive shaft cogs. we need it to be above them. Whats the trick to This thing? and anyone know WHat skid these are? they look almost like the C-7 Its a 136"er

i just took mine out of my sled the other day and it was a pain in the butt. i cant get my driveshaft out of the bearing in the chaincase.

haha we just did that too. take the nut and gear off your jack sahft. lossen the jack shaft at the other side where the bearing is too.. right behide the 2ndary and make sure yur speedo cable is off the drive shaft on the clutch side too..once all done pull yur chaincase away from the sled and it should give u enough room to drop the clutch side of you drive shaft, and its a real pain in the ass to get it all back together too


get ready to be fusrted and good luck getting yur skid back in. im leaving now to try and get it in.. God i hate skids...
