Clutching

	clutch humming - why? started by 440_jag

	when my sled is coasting and slowing down the clutch gives off a slight hum. is this the spings or the dogs? idk. is it a problem? Ride a Jag z, Just bought a 2002 xr 200 Want a new sled next year Rating: 0 Quick Edit Edit Topic

	are you shure its the clutch and not the track slowing down my sled does that when i rev it up on a stand! also what kind of sled is it/ your cat or doo? any one looking for sled parts check out http://www.smartrecparts.com they have about every thing from new to old! 	no im very sure its one of the clutches. its more of like a bell ringing. its not the track. the sled is a 94 jag z. cat. even though id like a 600 or something she gets around. hope fully going to put on hyralic brakes and a raiser. cut the shield and do some lime green painting. that phazer stands up? i have got her to stand up but i gave her at the top of a little hill. 	ya itl stand up! all i got to do is stand on the back and giv it a lil and pull back on the bars and upsidasy! it could a a bit of glazing on your clutch surfaces. to fix that just take a peace of sand paper and ruff it up. any one looking for sled parts check out http://www.smartrecparts.com they have about every thing from new to old!
