well me and my dad are gonna be workin on a motor for a friend and i was bored so i decided to start a thread about the build. it has a bad clutch side piston and head so he started the disassembly started pulled the waterjacket and heads no problem but when taking the cylender nuts off two wouldent come off so they had to be cut so those two studs now need to be replaced after that the cylenders came right off we think they well be fine with a hone job the piston is another story its junk theres a big peice missing from the skirt we diddent originaly plan on taring down the bottom end if we diddent have to but after that we deffenetly are going to trying to figure out where the chunk went there was deffenatly some above the piston causing the head to be messed up so is the top of the piston so heres some pics for now i will add more as we go

You might have gotten lucky and it all went out the exhaust.
Just to be sure, use an air hose and blow out the base.

If I get to doing any better I am going to have to hire someone to help me celebrate.
