Almost bought a bike today.

So driving down the road today and passed a yamaha dealership well it sucked me in. So im looking around and see a brand new wr250x supermoto bike yamaha just came out with it http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/produc.../home.aspx
So im sitting on it and start talking to a guy about it, Then he asked if I wanted to test ride it I was like hell yea. Man this bike is rocket o to 90 mph just like that it turns like no other bike I ever rode on the road, the bike has instent throttle response from being fuel injected well after beeting on the demo bike, I get approved to get it and its only 150 bucks a month. Well I told him I would have to sell my bike first they offered a $1000 for it but I turned it down, So my bike is for sale now for $1800 I need it sold.

This quite possibly the worst for sale add ever.
Picture with camera phone.
And no information what so ever, not even make or model.
I offer you $800.
And also, you were doing 90mph on a 250? And not only 90, but 90 in a hurry?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Well first The pictures are not from a phone they are all from a sony digital camera from two years ago. Its not a for sale add Im just letting people know about this new bike that just came out and once I sell my bike I will be getting it. and yes it does 91 mph. I will make a for sale add once I get more pictures because my bike is in michigan and I go to school in Ohio.
And no information what so ever, not even make or model... DID YOU LOOK IN MY SIGNATURE
Im just excited because I test drove a brand new bike that most places dont have yet. Pigboy there are a lot of people on this site that ride bikes in the summer and they might want to know about a cool bike that came out for $5800.

You know, your right, I should have to dig look in your singature to see what you were selling. What the heck was I thinking.
I take it all back, that WAS a great sale add. Maybe you should go into marketing.

How high are those 250x's geared? Im just curious, I would imagine they have to be geared alot higher than the other wr's if it hits 90mph. I think it would be a pretty sweet bike, maby I will get some supermoto tires for my 520

They just added a 6th gear 2007 older wr's only had 5 gears. Yea I was so surprised I thought it wouldent do freeway speeds but it will do 91 mph.

To bad they don't make a 450 supermoto that would be sick! Man those 250's are heavy little buggers 280 pounds! With that kind of weight you might be better of to go a bit bigger and get the Suzuki 400 supermoto http://www.suzukicycles.com/Products/DRZ400SMK8 the Suzuki only weighs 15 pounds more but is a 400. I just thought I would mention that in case you never saw a 400sm before and, according to msrp it is only $200 more.

They must not keep them in stock, one of the only ones I ever saw at a dealer was used I think, but they have been around for a few years so there should be one somewhere.

Not trying to pick on you suzyboy393 but Pigboy is a decent guy. I read his post as just trying to stir the pot, he knows his offroad bikes and is probably envious
