F7 SnoPro offers a couple things the F7 doesn't...better shocks, larger 1.375" lug track, different graphics, and I believe slightly different gearing (depending on the year).
I think those were the only differnces...

1996 Ski-Doo FormulaIII 600
A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion.

Same gearing as far as I know. But yeah the track and shocks all around are better but stiffer than the standard package

I know in '04 the F7 typically had 24/39 gearing, whereas the SnoPro with the 1.375" had 23/40. I think the '03s were the same either way, hence I said year dependent.

I don't know this for sure, but I think there may be some difference's in the ignition mapping also.
