It definately looks like you have a project
Keep the pics comming as you progress.

I have to get my bike up before I get to work on my sleds.

I'm reworking my front suspension this summer, Fox shocks, 1" taller spindles and a Friction Free kit. I figured that would be about it but now I'm starting to wonder if a 700 would work in my 90 Indy?

ENDEAVOR to PERSEVERE!

I would look for a parts sled before you buy alot of parts individually. Lots of cheap wedges out there.
Good Luck

Sorry, I read the other XC 700 project that was damaged, and then posted on yours. I would change the handle bars if they are stock. I like my gen 2 bars much better(wider. Also the 2000 gen 2's had a wider ski stance (42.5") Otherwise the wedge is a great sled.

I bought this because i have a ton of wedge parts and will be able to fix it myself easily and cheeply. I will have 1000 dollars onto it by the time im done and thats with reeds and pipe and sled included.
if you ask me thats a pretty good price consi9dering these sleds are going for 3-3500 around here.

The Dark Side.
James007 Is hoping it doesn't rain this weekend so I can head out to the lake, relax and do some biking.
