I am in a new area for a month living in a cottage until my house closes (for those that don't know).

Took the bike to work today

It was MUCH warmer on the way home and I got a little side tracked on a backroad. Welcome to Ludlowfalls

Liked it so much (finding a new waterfall) that I went home and waited for my girlfriend. We got in the car (because her bike helmet is in storage) and headed back to the waterfall.
I look off the bridge by it and see alot of what I think are sucker fish

See them?

We go up to the falls. Too bad it wasn't warmer, swimming here would be a hoot. Could even go behind 1/2 of them.

There are some guys fishing for trout at the bottom of them

After we were done with that I decided to check out a little park maybe 10 miles up the road.
Squirrels seem to like it

Beautiful. Cayuga lake. One of the deepest lakes in the country

So I try to teach Amanda how to skip rocks

She is pretty much limited at two. As soon as the second skip comes.. plop

Not to brag.. but most of mine were skipping forever haha.. felt like a kid again

Sorta weird.. moon was out today

Too bad we timed it wrong, could have went a winery or two

We were too late so we just went home. I needed a stress reliever so figured I would share it with some that find the boring stuff I do entertaining.

those are some good pics ACM. There is something very calming about waterfalls that I totally dig. HAHA the skipping rocks thing never gets old. Seems like if I'm ever at a body of water I'm always trying to skip rocks too.
