Ok, so I've been looking at a set of new sunglasses. I have a set of Oakley Half Jackets with the polarized lenses and I absolutely love them. They are great for jogging and other sport activities. I want something to wear more casually though I'm thinking. What are your thoughts on the Oakley Gascan S glasses?

Is there any other brand out there with a similar style and polarized lenses?

I believe SPY makes a few polarized shades that are kinda similar in style. You could look into them. Spy Optics

Last summer I purchased a pair of Oakley TwentyXX's. I also found a good deal on a pair of SPY Meteors, so I picked them up as a spare. Well, a year later now, and I wear the SPY's MUCH more than the Oakleys. They are relatively similar, but the SPY's cut the rays better in my opinion. Neither of them or polarized mind you.

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

I know someone that has those shades your reffering to....they look like goggles on his head. Have you tried them on?

Ray Ban makes a lot of their shades polarized and they have a lot of plastic frame styles.

Erick, Dustin has a pair of the Gascans and I'm not a huge fan of them. The Monster Pups are really nice as are the Lil Johns. Also the Hijix Bruce Irons ones are pretty nice....

Richard, the gascan s is styled a bit different than the regular gascan. I prefer the styling of the gascan s. I'll look into some of those spy optics.
