isoflex grease is a special type of grease that is put in most 440 race sleds, mostly revs. It is put there from the factory to last the life of the motor. I've heard to not run oil injection since it will wash this grease out which i guess causes crank failures.

Ski-Doo also uses iso-flex grease on the crank bearings in their 800 powertek and 800R motor.

Yup, basically instead of oil injecting certain crank bearings, they pack them with isoflex and put seals on their external sides.

Most 440's (of at least ski-doo and polaris) have the PTO side packed with isoflex. And like said above, many consumer ski-doo's do also.
