lol well tonight my dad braught home 7lbs of bone in pork ribs. i was screwin around and desided to chalenge him to a cooking contest... who could cook the best ribs.... anyways i am far from a good cook i dont know what seasonings are good on what so i was wingin it lol here what mine consisted of
ribs
italian dressing
fresh chopped garlic and onion
2 different steak seasonings lol steak on pork
oregano (no clue what it does just did it cause i here of chefs using it lol
anyways... i started cooking mine on the charcol grill then moved them to the propane grill for the last couple min(no real reasoning something just told me i should) anyways... finish them up and...................................................................................................................................................................................I WON!!!!!
we had quiet a few people judge the two diff ribs annonimously and every one chose mine... im lovin it... i liked his but i liked mine better
Anyone else cook for fun? lol i had a blast cookin with my dad!

Gotta smoke em. Two hours on a smoker, one hour wrapped in foil with apple juice then one more hour on the smoker (or grill) temps no higher than 250 F. Use a good rub with plenty of brown sugar.

my dad got a great deal on them.... 2.50lb and buy one get one free (package)one was 3 sumpthin pounds the other was 4 somethin very cheap and very tasty.. got them right at P&C... next time ill be sure to get a hold of you  hahaha
