ok here is a new problem for me. Just got my 600 running again had a great ride yesterday but on the way back to the trailer at 20mph or less i started feeling a slight vibration on the left running board. Also when you throttle it, the vibration goes away. Anyone have some suggestions for me? i'd like to ride again this weekend but I'm not going to tear anything up.Please help

Check your motor mounts. You may have one broken. Open your hood, start the sled and see how bad the engine moves when you give it throttle. It could also be a clutch componet problem.

Did you slip the belt during the ride? Burned belts show themselves as a thumping / vibration at speeds under 20 mph and go away at higher speeds. Check and see if you have any "skinny" spots in the belt surface. Look for the simple and cheap stuff first.

96 xlt sks/rmk. custom 5.5 inch riser on the bars, custom air intake, custom front shock mounts, custom oil feed channel in block to inner pto end bearing, primer (I hate chokes), custom = I made it myself
