Well i have one sled left, i was gonna sell it, my 1980 eltigre 6000. well i was searching a local site, and first came acrss 2 old sleds. guy had no idea what they were, clicked on the pics, the ones a 1981 arctic cat pantera, and the other is a 1975 arctic cat eltigre 440, which still had the stock quad plug kawi!! then i found 3 more, asked for pics, buried in a garage, hhe said 2 old rupps and a cat. see the pics, 2 1973 Rupp Nitros, and a 77 or 78 panther!!now i dont know what size motors the Rupps have, so any info on these machines would be awesome. i heard they were rare and fast, and i thought ahh id never own one!! now i might be getting an i dentical pair that need a little TLC!! so i tryed cold turkey for 3 months, guess it didnt work I'll let you know when and if i get them. pretty sure i will though
Current sleds:
1980 Arctic Cat El Tigre 6000
1979 Polaris Centurion 500 triple
1978 Arctic Cat El Tigre 5000
1975 Arctic Cat El Tigre 340 quad plugger

Great find, your one Lucky dog.
hard to find those good "barn finds" now days.
I put a add in the local shopper, all I got where sleds laying out in the back 40 for 20 years, with a tree groing through it. LOL
I would be interested in all of them. Panterea for vintage rides, the Rupps are very Nice, fast rare sleds.
Lets see some pics.
I had up to 15 sleds, sold all of them but 3, no room,I wish I had a barn to put them into, instead of selling them. It got to be to much work to keep them alll going. But getting the itch again to buy a 76Z, about a 78 panther. maybe a EXT.

they would take the 440 magnum motors out and replace them with a f/a motor i forget what they were called but they rivaled the srx in power and they were a sleeper as a mid engine race sled. in shorter therms they were B.A.M.F's
im not here to make friends, hate me all you want im not leaving.
