as long as the stroke is the same and the bolt patern is the same as i think they are it should bolt right together!

The bore needs to be the same or there has to be enough material to make the bore the same. The porting on the cylinders is most likely different, might make it a little harder to tune or find the powerband.

440 cylinders will not work on the 503.
