I have never owned a polaris or a tripple so i was just wonder for those of you who have ownd one, what kind of milage they get, and what kind of non-expencesive mods i could do since it's an efi.

Well congrats on the score first of all, and second, don't get to excited about mileage, it is a triple and they don't get great mileage as they are. Clutching and gearing is by far the cheapest for an efi and will help you get that power to the ground.

The RXL is a gas hog.lol When storing it keep the battery in a dry place on the charger. If the battery isn't charged enough the sled will run like sh** if it does run. Had problems with the one my Dad had but hopefully the one you are getting is a nice sled and runs great.

RXL's take a lot of attention. You have to keep up on it. Is this your first sled?
