Interesting read here

Seems odd. Is this common for a family with kids to take on such a trip? 4 days and 40 gallons?
Gman will have input I bet

People around here make trips like that all the time. Some trips take 3 or more days, with no communities in between. A few have went missing but they always show up, usually in some remote cabin.
