This is on my dirtbbike but i figured it woul be the same as on sleds,

I got a new gasket set. the head gaskets are 2 o-rings. i put them on. im pretty sure they're on the inside and outsire of the coolant passages. but i went to flush my coolant system and its just pissing out.

I have no clue what to do with it...i dont want to put more money into this thing exept gas..

Whn you tightened the bolts did you just start tightening any bolt and go on.Because there are paterns to tighten head bolts.

Did you use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts? If ya dident and just tighten them till they were tight. If you did that then you might of distorted the block.

And third did you get all of the old gasket off of the engine? If not you wont have a good seal.

Didnt know that you could over tighten...

all old gasket is off, I had problems with this cylinder before about one of the head bolts.

I tightened the bolts cris-cross patern.there is 4. started on 1,went across to other, then beside that one, and across to the last one. Im going to go out and try and mess with it again.
