Everyone have a good first weekend of summer? Mine was good until today. Helped my buddy move into his house on Saturday and grilled a tri tip. Sunday went on a good hike followed by grilling hot dogs. Was going to go to the zoo and grill steaks today but it has been raining all morning with a good chance of rain all afternoon. Good long weekend all in all though.

What did all you guys do?

Meh, I've been out in the garage working all weekend. I worked until 5pm Friday, rained Saturday, cold and drizzling yesterday, and cold and windy as hell today. Not exactly prestine weekend conditions...

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

Not a long weekend here, but I'm bored.

Friday I finished planting soybeans. So we're done seeding for the year. Saturday morning I fired up the 4710 and went and sprayed 80 acres of corn that had a major wild oats problem. Saturday afternoon I installed my new DVR satellite reciever, which needs another cable running from the dish to the reciever so that took awhile. Sunday I sat around and watched TV all day, since it was too hot outside to do anything. Right now I'm unloading all my seeding and planting data from my Greenstar screens into my computer and setting things up for spraying season.

Which basically means I'm gonna be laying on the couch within the next hour. At least this evening there's a hockey game and we have pumper training at the fire department, so that should be fun.

Every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. That means every day you see me, that's the worst day of my life.
