There has been a bunch of talking and goofing around about being a mod and vote for me etc. But i just got this silly idea, what if a younger member was appointed mod to represent the younger people? There a are a couple kids on here who are respective and act just as well as some of the adults if not better. A good example of somebody off the top of my head who i think could fill this position would be extralettucetomatoe580. It's just food for thought, Now I'm not sure but i think Quinlan is in his younger 20's and could probably be considered a representative for the younger members. If this idea were to be considered it would be best if the candidate was in the 17-20 range. I think this could help the younger members have more respect for the veterans and vice versa. There is only about 3 or 4 kids on here that i can even think of who would be suitable for something like this. Please do not take this as a "Vote for me" campaign as i do not think becoming a moderator makes me better or smarter. Just thought it could possibly somehow make the site better.

What's the difference? The same rules still apply. I believe I became a moderator when I was 18 or 19 and the same rules still applied, we have just recently got alot more members (and alot more BS with the new members) then we have ever had. I don't see a reason to get more involved. Then we will have to have a mod for every age group, every location. I think we have a good assortment of moderators now with many different attitudes, age groups and locations. Granted when we look for new mods we really don't think of anything like that. We look for post quality, interactions with other members, time on the forum etc...

I think everything is just fine. People are just board and are trying to stir things up a little on hear. Just Waite till the snow starts flying, and then everyone will be cool to each other. That’s my opinion.

I say give them their own section and have some guidelines for it. Maybe a "show off" section or a G-rated or PG-13 section... OR, a Monster section. LOL. Seriously, I like the idea of a representative but also think that it will give them a power trip and eventually lead to their demise. DEATH TO ALL CYI. OK, kidding, but it still sounded funny.

I dont think its needed, we have plenty of mods, and this site is pretty good at moderating itself. most topics that get out of line there are people stepping up and telling the topic to get on course and go to pm's if you have a problem with someone.
