Hey guys sorry I been gone for a while,Ive been going thru ALOT of bad S**T. I had back surgery, and in the time I was goin thru that I lost my house.Thats a long story, but basically I had a land contract with the guy who I was buying it from, and I was 2mo behind from missing time at work ,and he demanded the property and house back which he had the right to do since I was in default. So he had served me with a 72hr notice so I had to move everything out or lose what is there if I didnt get it out in 72hrs.My lawyer looked at the contract and it was air tight. So moving all my stuff while in pain was not easy.It was me,my cousin, and my oldest son doin all the moving, but i did get all my stuff out and into 3 10x20 storage units.Ive been staying with my aunt and uncle, and im moving into my new place this weekend and next week,so when I can get the internet hooked up at the new place i'll go into more detail.Just didnt want anyone to get to excited about where ive been since im a regular here almost everyday. My last work of advice is never get into a land contract! I pretty much lost 30,000 bucks. And since ive moved out someone is already in the place.

I'm assuming that a "land contract" is similar to a "contract for deed". If that's the case then yes, they are BS. You don't have much security at all. It's like a month to month lease until the bank takes it over for the current homeowner. And like you said if you default your screwed. The guy you were buying from must have been one cold hearted SOB to toss you out with 3 days notice. Especially considering your circumstances.

Way to look at the positive side. What was the saying??????????? When you are given lemons, make lemonade.
In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.[a]"
Its not the size of the track, its how you use it
