OK, Its different for every state. I live in Michigan. I found this website that says it is LEGAL if your over 18 (near the bottom)

http://lab.oit.cmich.edu/raistlinjones/driving-laws/michigan/index.htm

I dont know if its legit or not. I keep hearing yes and no.
Can someone find a site or something? Or does anyone know the real awnser?

Thanks, Trent.

EDIT*****

Well upon further research I did find this

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(sx33lvvv2wcgpheyvepiybzd))/mileg.aspx?page=getobject&objectname=mcl-257-682b

It says (from Michigans website) that you cant have anyone under 18 in the bed unless you are going under 15 MPH.

So does that mean if they are over 18 and not a minor they can be in the bed of a truck on any street??

I would just like the facts in case I get pulled over. etc..

I heard that cops don't like people just riding in the bed of a truck. But if the cab was full of people i heard that makes it [more] ok.
