Ok, so I'm ready to torque back down my head and start to button my rebuild back up, but I'm not sure if it's absolutely necessary to replace the two sets of o-rings, which seem to be in perfect shape, between the head itself and the cylinders. I know it should be done, but it's almost $50 for them.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had 4 of those little plastic bogie wheel bushings, those stupid little things are $4.53/ea. and I don't know if i can justify dropping almost $70 on the o-rings and bushings, not including the $10 shipping for these seemingly insignificant pieces.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It is not absolutely necessary, if they are in good shape(no cuts, cracks and not dry rotted) they should be fine to reuse. I would strongly suggest buying new ones though if you can afford it. No sense in "cutting corners" since you are rebuilding it anyways.
