Ok so down the street from me is a house, peole were renting for about 6 months, got kicked out. The owner of the house had moved away and thats why he was renting it out, the rent paymnets were supposed to be paying his loan on the house.....renters didn't pay rent....loan did't get paid so he let the house go back to the bank...whew...so now here is the delema----sitting in chest high grass is a later 1970's arctic cat el tigre in really good shape, I mean no rips in seat, no cracks in hood, engine looks sound and clean, pulled her and she turned over fine......so I called the bank to see if I could get info on former tennets, no info to be had, even went to post office to try ad get forwarding address...nothing!!! every time I go by the house I just hate to see that sled sitting out in the elements, guy at bank said it would be at least 6 months before they get around to doing anything with the house and said "no snowmobile" was listed as part of the assets of the property........sorry for the rambling on here but should I go grab it or what???? My wife says no(never did ask her opinion, she just gave it)but I kinda want to do it....I know it's "not Mine" and that means stealing but they just left it there!!!! what do you all think???

Hmm.. I dono if it were me i would prolly just take it.. haha.. But that would be considered stealing to me..

But if the bank said that wasnt part of it or anything, I think you could get away with it haha..

Well i thought about it a little more.. The guys moved out and werent paying the damn rent.. Honestly i would take the thing and keep it.. But you gotta decide for yourself..

We actually just has a deal sortof like this..the tenants in one of our farmsteads were acting up, not paying bills and such. Well, after 5 months of this, we kicked them out, and they moved back to Texas. However, they had bought an early 70s Ski-Doo...and left it sitting in the garage on the farmstead. well, needless to say, we can't find any info on the former tenants, but the sled's MINE now (figure it helps cover some of the lost payments). It's up to you, but if it's in as nice of shape as you say..I'd prob. move it into my garage...
