just wondering if it was possible to make a zr 500 can work on my zr 440, if it will just bolt right up or will there be cutting, welding, etc.

my younger bro has a 02' pro-x 440 fan, he slapped on my specialty-x can on it, sounded nearly like my machine lol. but he had it on that machine for a few hours. i told him that he'd probly burn down his engine. try it out, check the pipe and exhaust exit first. if it does fit tho, check your spark plug color, to see if ur jetting is right.

Can shouldn't burn up motors, pipes would though....should have no issues with a 500 can on the 440.
