^^^agreed electric is very powerful the main reason why its not popular is u need a seondary source to create energy for an electic engine.
i ride where its steep n' deep :P

This is the 2nd yr for my firecat. I've added a couple things.. low flyscreen, 6" riser, color matched ski tips, light covers, rumble pack can. Can't wait to get the first ride on it. The CBR 600RR is what i'm still riding to tie me over. Bike's are fun but you just can't beat a sled.
 by the cabin
How do you like your rumble pack? Worth the buy? Definitely right? haha. Damn I love the way those flyscreens look on the firecats. I'd get one but it gets too damn cold here so I gotta rely on my mid windshield at the least.
The rumble pack is awesome, LOUD. Definitely worth the money, got it from Royal Distributing on a summer sale for $159. Wicked deal. Flyscreens are really nice, even makes the machine seem smaller when riding it, after getting rid of the stock huge windshield. + makes it easier to see, the screen in so narrow you can see both ski's when riding. As for the cold, dress up warmer. lol.
Fixed quote. Quinlan
Yeah I think im going to find a flyscreen just for the looks of it. I can see both ski's already(Im 6'5") haha. I am planning to dress warmer though this season! I got a whole new outfit.. Arctic Cat Iron Dog Jacket, Bibs, AC Txi Barbed orange full face helmet, AC gloves, orange gauntlets(for the REALLY cold days), and AC boots.

Picked up this year's sled yesterday. I think I got a good deal.
A 2000 polaris supersport bored 40 over, not sure what that makes it. 4400 miles, new track last spring, 144 studs, new C&A skis, acerbis handgaurds, 4 inch riser.
The only downside is the lack of travel out of the beat up xtra 10, but I think I'll just track down an edge skid and toss it in. I figure not bad for 800. Its running pig rich right now, but its so much lighter than the old ext I can't believe it.

I know their were threads like this last year, but that was last year. Now I know some people have gotten new sled through the seasons and in the summer months and at Haydays and what not. Its that simple, just post up a pic of you ride for this year, and explain what you've done to it.
I'll start.
I bought it last october like this,
and rode it like this,
and this is what it looks like now,
its stock engine wise, except for D&D bullseyes. It has 102 woody's studs, and running board gips and 6.5 inch riser. Now i just need to put my skis on...
this is what she looks like now, al ready for snow

I say yellow on both of those. Then try to find a yellow gas cap(don't know if they make any though?) then it will be done I think.
I am gonna be riding my edge x. I will get some updated pics of it today after school.
