95 formula sl motor swap - what motors will fit started by thebaer237

	i just got a 95 formula sl for free and includes everything but the motor. i was wondering if you guys new of any other motors that would have the same bolt pattern and fit right in. im looking more towards a 440 fan cooled so i can have a light around town beater sled. 	i think that is a CK3 chassis, so any motor out of a sled with that same chassis should work. but dont quote me on that Rating: 0 Quick Edit Full Edit

	The ck3 (competition killer) was the triple cylinder. Different chassis. I believe the sl is the fan cooled 500. So to make it easy stay with a fan cooled engine. Not sure how much lighter a 440 is compared to the 500. Scott. 150+ mi per tank of gas/ 1200 mi per tank of 2 stroke oil! ^Take that 4 strokes!! Rating: 0 Quick Edit Full Edit
