Hwy. 2 is done and mint.
Skidoochick, We ride out of the Knotted pines. One day we will head north. Another day we will head south to play off trail. HOPEFULLY some people will listen and stay off of the rocks this year.
It all depends on what everyone else wants to do.

Yeah, Jackie we'll be riding all over that area, most likely not on the main trails most of the time. Usually we end up starting to ride in the morning around 9 something. If you get some confirmation that you will for sure be in the area let us know and we can figure something out. You've seen me ride but I wanna see you ride! lol.

I'm still pretty well under the weather still. Dunno if i will have much energy for anything this weekend. maybe go for a leisure ride with the wife this weekend would probably be the extent of it.

Our auditors are in the office next week. Friday is their last day and they usually leave early (they are from Minneapolis). I leave two seconds after they do which I'm hoping is around noonish but could be as late as fiveish.
Since there is no phone service up there, I will probably just ending up riding around by myself Friday unless I run into some folks along the way.
Yea, theZoo has relocated to the Château d' Bunkhouse.
Rather then use the outhouse, I plan on doing all my pooping at Cabin 6. Just a heads up.

I guess it's my turn to chime in.... I'm so pumped for the ride I put in for vacation a week early (as in, wrong weekend)  I got that straightened out so I will see you guys next weekend. The sled is running,  I picked up new trailer wheels to upgrade for the trip back. We're bringing two sleds up and we're picking up another Prowler for Festus33 on our way home. (He loves putting extra miles on my vehicles)  . I am replacing the shocks on the S10 this weekend and hopefully it passes emissions. Now I need to get my gear together and away we go I'm looking forward to riding with you all again  Bear1

Our group has 3 coming up on Thursday night after work, and the fouth coming Friday morning sometime. Again, we are staying behind The Stoney River Cafe as usual.
We were up there the other weekend, and the conditions were PERFECT. Lots of untouched logging roads and back country. 2-3 feet of powder depending on where you are. Not alot of snow since then, so most logging roads will be tracked up a bit. BUT plenty of deep backwoods riding that is untouched! Acording to Tom (owner of the cafe) about 1/2 the business as last year at this time. Could be because everybody has snow. . . and the economy too.

Well guys I really did it this time. It isn't looking like my buddies and I are going to make it up for the trip. I rolled my buddies lincoln ls on Saturday, and he is banged up a bit, and I'm not feeling the best either. I have a lot to deal with, and it is not looking like a snowmobile trip is going to be a priortiy for me. I wish you guys all the best powder, and riding. I was really looking foreward to the trip but s*** happens.
