Well it sounds like you went over the fuel system, so check spark next.

make sure your choke cable isn't broke. did you try some gas down the cylinder? what sled is it? do you have spark, depending on the sled it could be a cdi failed. check your throttle if it is too loose it wont start, there are safety switches on the throttle lever. if you check down where the wiring comes out of the engine, there is a black wire all on its own. disconnect that wire and try to start. that is the main kill ground far all of your kill switches, if it starts you will not be able to shut it off though, just have to pull you plug wires. this test will let you know if your kill switches are shorted.

Check the electrical system. Make sure you have a good spark. Check cylinder compression, very important. Put a tablespoon of gas down each cylinder through the spark plug holes and replace the plugs. Now pull it, does it fire?

the choke cable is gone, not even there, i tried gas down the cylinder, that didnt work either, yes i have spark, i had it running before i did all of the fuel work, then it just stopped, so i thought something was in the carb, but my fuel filter was just really bad, the kill swich works cuz when i did have it runnin i shut it off that way. wtf?

The impulse line goes from the crankcase to the fuel pump. When the piston goes down, it pressurizes the bottom end, which sends a pressure pulse down the hose and that makes the diaphram in the fuel pump move away from the hose. Then when the piston goes up, there is vacuum in the crankcase and impulse line, making the diaphram in the fuel pump go the other way. That back and forth motion (pressure/vacuum) is what causes fuel to move in the fuel pump.

There should be a nipple on the crankcase to attach the impulse line. If the line is not attached, no fuel will be pumped.
