This kid was caught stealing McCain signs.. The owners hooked it up to an invisible dog fence...

I read about that in the paper. The parents of the boy are trying to have the homeowners charged with assault claiming the boy was only curious about the sign, even though the homeowners have seen the kid change the sign in their yard a couple times from a McCain sign to an Obama sign.
