Looking to get a new track for my sled. I don't know which one to get. I do mostly trail riding but I like to go off trail too. We don't always get a ton of snow here, but sometimes I ride in 2-3 feet of powder. I don't mind sacrificing some on trail performance to get more off trail performance. Last year I had a 1.25" predator on my ZR 600 and like it for the few hundred miles I used it.

Here are some of the tracks I am looking at:

Camoplast Cobra 1.352"- Looks like an awesome track, but do the extra finger really do much more than the 1.25"? Also worried about durability. I think I can get this cheaper than any other track I am looking at.

Camoplast Intense 1.5"- Looks awesome, but worried about durability of 1.5" lugs for trail riding. May be overkill for what I need? More expensive too.... Worried about hifax wear as well

Camoplast 1.375" Paddle track- looks more durable than the cobra, seems like it would fit my needs well.

Camoplast predator 1.25"- Proven track, durable, but getting hard to find.

1.25" tracks suck in deep snow. The Intense 1.5" looks like a nice track and the lugs are real similiar to my challenger. My track hasnt ripped or torn any lugs in over 3500 miles and I ride the road sometimes getting to play areas.

Camo Intense for sure. The one on my SRX has held up perfectly. Just ask Rubi how much he likes his. Out of all the tracks you listed the Intense is the only way to go.

It does look like a nice track, what kind of snow conditions do you ride in?

The cheapest place I have found to get one is $415 plus $26 shipping. Anyone know of one cheaper?

I ran the camo intense on my 03 pro x 600 3000 miles no problems alot of hard packed trails and great off trail riding. took it off my sled when I sold it and put it on my friends sled and he ran it for another season until he sold his sled and the track was still in good shape.

Does anyone have any opinions or experience with the 1.375" Arctic Cat paddle track in my first post?

Its the stock track that came on the 05-06 ZR 900 Sno Pro, which means it should be pretty good. If it came stock on a 150HP trail sled, it must be able to withstand some abuse on the trail. And the fact that its a 1.375" paddle should mean it will do decently off trail.

What about 1.5" Ripsaw? That or I'd go with the 1.5" Intense.

If you think 1.5 is too deep..and you think 1.25 is'int deep enough..you might as well just go with 1.375.

The more I look at the cobra the more I want it! The paddles seem a little flimsy but I think the track should do alright as long as you don't ride a lot of roads or anything along those lines. I am predicting a camoplast cobra track for this next summer add ons.

Wow the more I research these tracks on forums the less I can make up my mind. My main concerns are decent off trail performance but really good trail durability. Those things don't match up well...

starting to think I should just get the 1.25" predator again. Seems its one of the most durable tracks out there and should do well enough for the amount of snow we get here.

Here is a picture of the one I had on my ZR. Pretty bad-ass looking!! I won't be studding this time though.

i have no ripped lugs on my cobra. put 1500 miles on it. did a few dounughts and a burnout or two. held up well. Spun it over every snowbank over the roadcrossing to stand the sled up with no problems. I think the cobra would hold up as good as any other track. Just dont spin it on rocks and if the snow cover isnt great dont ride quite as hard.
