when you put after market redds (V-Force) you have to cut the internal section of your boot. maybe previously your sled have V-Force reeds.

the stock reeds sometime have a internal removable plastic part (like XCR 800)and a flat boot, and sometime the boot have a intern extention who enter the reed (like Ultra 680).

post the picture of your reeds please to check if it's OK to run with those boots.

First looks like a reed block with no reeds on it. Second looks like the boot. Other than all the corrosion, what's our question?

difference of boots
difference of boots

difference of boots

when the boots are flat, white plastic part insert into your reeds. if you put V-Force on an older skid, you have to cut of the intern extention of your boots or buy new one from an XCR 800, because the insert is molded to the V-Force. but if you put the genuine part and the boots are cut like yours, buy the white plastic part or buy new boots.
