	Just gearing for 130 doesn't mean you can go 130. It takes horsepower to go fast, to overcome the frictions and aerodynamics of the sled. Assaults are not aerodynamic, they sit very high compared to a trail sled. There is a point of diminishing returns where the amount of HP you add is huge compared to the speed you gain.
