I need to change the rear bogie wheels on the old ladies phazer I took all the tension off the track but still cant get the out side wheel on the left side off, right side comes right off when I loosen the nut and cotter key,but when I turn the left side it spins the whole shaft, So how do I change the outside left wheel ?? drive out the shaft or does it turn out. HELP!!!!

I've got mud in my blood and ice in my veins.

Rear axle is a bolt really. There is also all of the spacing collars in there, so changing them on the sled could be tricky.

Grip on the shaft with vise grips. Or put other wheel back on and tighten it back up. The trick is to get them both the same time.

If none of that above works, and it should.....

get a longer bolt and a nut/washer. Take out the side that comes out easily. Put in new bolt with a nut on it. Tighten it up until the nut is snug on the wheel. Now go to other side and back it out. Come back to original side and back off the nut and it will turn out no issues :)

This works real well on rear skids as well as some of them have a through shaft that can be a real pain.
